Internet business major Snapdeal's CEO Kunal Bahl and two others have been summoned by a Delhi court on a criminal grievance of a business person who asserted that his concept of interfacing dealers and purchasers through an e-stage was unauthorisedly usurped by the firm and its authorities.
Extra Sessions Judge R K Tripathi issued notice to Snapdeal CEO Kunal Bahl, COO Rohit Bansal and its previous (CFO) Vijay Ajmera for purportedly taking business visionary Gaurav Dua's idea of "non-stock holding commercial center model for retail" in the attire of working together with him.
